Join us at The Living Well, 96 Patterson Drive, Hillsborough Park (Charlottetown) on Wednesday, October 22 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM for “Healthy Eating, Healthy Aging.” Megan Mullally will provide an overview of nutrition and the importance of healthy eating to support health, energy, and independence throughout the aging journey. With a focus on balance and moderation, this session will offer SMALL changes that will have a BIG impact on helping older adults enjoy strength, resilience, and longevity.
