Blessing of Animals: On the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, October 4, a blessing of animals will take place outside the church at the parking lot entrance.
You can bring your pets to the entrance anytime from 6:30- 7:30 PM and Father will be present to bless them that evening. St. Francis had a deep understanding of the Incarnation, and showed this through his deep love and appreciation of God’s created world.
