PLEASE NOTE If a candidate for First Communion was not baptized at Holy Redeemer, then a baptismal certificate must be supplied along with the name and address of the church of Baptism. Proof of Baptism must be supplied before one can receive any sacrament other than Baptism. The name and address of the church of baptism is needed because church regulations require that all statistics on a Catholic be forwarded to and recorded in the church in which he/she was baptized. This certificate will be needed by October 27th.
