The application deadline for the St. Andrew’s Society Scholarship is OCT. 31, 2019 at 4PM. The conditions of eligibility are as follows: Roman Catholic and of Scottish descent, having either a Scottish surname or having at least 2 Scottish grandparents who were born with a Scottish surname; full-time university student in any of the first three years of university; resident of PEI.
